B2B and B2C in one webshop
Do you also sell to consumers? Then both run in one system with one stock. Consumers see retail prices including VAT, logged-in business customers their own prices and terms.
B2B webshop development that works the way wholesale works: every customer sees their own prices and volume tiers, orders on invoice or requests a quote, and VAT is calculated correctly per country.
For wholesalers, importers, suppliers to hospitality and retail, and manufacturers selling to resellers. Your regular customers order themselves 24/7, instead of via WhatsApp, e-mail or phone, and you process orders in one admin panel.
We built webshops for Jama Trading, Ibo Gastro and Dkhoni Shop, among others
A regular webshop is built for consumers. Business customers expect different prices, different payment methods and fewer clicks per order.
Set a separate price list or discount per customer or customer group. A restaurant, a retailer and a distributor each see their own price after logging in.
A lower unit price for larger quantities, per box, per pallet or per spend level. The webshop shows the tiers right on the product, so customers scale up themselves.
New customers apply for an account with their company registration and VAT number. You approve them, assign a customer group, and only then do prices become visible.
Regular customers order on invoice with their own payment terms and credit limit. New customers pay up front with iDEAL, Bancontact or card via Mollie.
Large or unusual orders become a quote request. You adjust prices in the admin panel, the customer accepts online and the quote turns into an order.
Prices with or without VAT, and VAT reverse-charged for business customers elsewhere in the EU after the VAT number is checked. The invoice states it automatically.
In wholesale almost every customer has agreements: a fixed discount, a special price on a few items, or a tier from a certain quantity. Many standard webshops struggle with that, so those prices still get adjusted by hand on the invoice.
We build the pricing logic into the core of your B2B webshop. You manage customer groups, price lists and per-item exceptions on one screen. After logging in, the customer sees exactly their price, in the cart and on the invoice too, so nothing has to be corrected afterwards. Guests without an account can be shown the range without prices, if you prefer.
What you can set:
Price rules · item 10423
Business customers often order the same items, in large quantities, sometimes every week. They do not want to scroll through a catalogue like a consumer. So in your wholesale webshop they get a quick-order form by item number, a list of previously ordered products and the option to repeat a past order with one click.
A company can have multiple users and delivery addresses, for instance one per branch. The buyer places orders, the owner sees all orders and invoices in the account. That shifts your sales office’s work from retyping orders to actually helping customers.
$ Order repeated by customer 2041
→ 12 items · 3 pallets
→ Price list B + tier 3 applied
→ Payment: on invoice, 30 days
✓ VAT reverse-charged (BE, number checked)
✓ Order sent to accounting and warehouse
Do you also supply businesses in Belgium, Germany or other EU countries? Then the webshop checks the customer’s VAT number and applies the reverse charge when the number is valid. The invoice automatically gets the right wording and you keep an overview for your VAT return. For consumers or customers without a valid number, the system simply charges VAT.
Orders, customers and invoices can flow automatically into your accounting software or ERP, and stock and prices can flow back. If you still work with exports, we deliver clean CSV or Excel files. We decide which integration fits best together with you and, where needed, your accountant.
Do you also sell to consumers? Then both run in one system with one stock. Consumers see retail prices including VAT, logged-in business customers their own prices and terms.
Many wholesalers supply business owners from different backgrounds. Your B2B webshop works in Dutch, English, German and Arabic, with product information per language and Arabic fully right-to-left.
We work for wholesalers and suppliers in a wide range of trades: hospitality supplies, food and ethnic groceries, perfume and cosmetics, phone accessories, packaging and non-food. For Ibo Gastro we built a webshop for hospitality supplies, for Jama Trading a wholesale webshop.
Every trade has different details: best-before dates, pack sizes, brands only certain customers may see, or products that differ per country. That is why we always start with your range and your customer agreements, not with a ready-made theme.
Your range first
Thousands of items with variants? We import your existing product file and keep stock and prices up to date through an integration or a scheduled import.
We carry over your existing customers, prices and items, so your regular customers can order from day one.
We map your customer groups, price agreements, payment terms, VAT situations and current systems. That tells us which rules the webshop must follow.
We build the webshop, import items and customers, and set up price lists, tiers, Mollie and the link with your accounting or ERP.
With a few regular customers we test orders, prices and invoices. Then we go live, with a three-month warranty on what we built.

A B2C webshop sells to consumers with one price for everyone. A B2B webshop sells to businesses: with accounts, customer-specific prices, tiers, ordering on invoice, quotes and prices excluding VAT. A B2B website without online ordering, just a catalogue and quote requests, is also possible.
Yes. Per customer you set whether ordering on invoice is allowed, with which payment term and optionally a credit limit. Other customers pay right away via Mollie with iDEAL, Bancontact or card.
For a business customer in another EU country, the webshop checks the VAT number. If it is valid, VAT is reverse-charged and the invoice states so. If not, regular VAT is charged. We align the tax choices with you or your accountant.
In most cases, yes, for example with Exact Online, Odoo, QuickBooks or Xero. If your system has no API, we work with automatic imports and exports in CSV or Excel.
Yes. You can hide prices and ordering until an account is approved. Visitors then see the range and can apply for an account or request a quote.
That depends on your pricing logic, the number of items and the integrations you need. After an intro call you receive a quote with a clear description and schedule.
Sometimes, yes. We first check whether your current webshop can handle the pricing logic and integrations. If not, we build a new one and migrate products, customers and order history.
Tell us how you receive orders today and which price agreements you have. We visit you on location or meet online, in Dutch, English or Arabic.
