A standard chatbot gives generic answers. Our chatbots take their knowledge from your own content: your website, menu, treatments, delivery times and terms. A visitor gets an answer that is right for your business, also in the evening and at weekends.
You decide which sources the chatbot may use and which topics it stays away from. When something in your offer changes, you update the content in your admin panel and the chatbot knows it straight away.

That depends on the scope: a chatbot on your website is a different project from an agent that works with your CRM and accounting. On top of that there are usage costs for the AI model and, where relevant, WhatsApp. After a short conversation you receive a tailored quote, with recurring costs listed separately.
Your data stays under your control. We work in line with the GDPR, use business API terms under which data is not used for training, limit what the AI sees to what is needed and sign a data processing agreement where required.
We work with leading models, such as those from OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude). For each project we choose the model that best fits the task, the language and your privacy requirements. Because we build the integration ourselves, you can switch models later.
We use Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages you start yourself, such as reminders and confirmations, go out through pre-approved templates, and customers must have opted in. Meta charges for certain message types depending on category and country; we explain this up front for your situation.
Yes. Arabic is a native language in our team. Chatbots and WhatsApp flows work in Dutch, English and Arabic, with correct right-to-left display. That also makes it suitable for businesses in Syria and the Gulf states.
We do. After delivery you get a three-month warranty. After that you can take maintenance with us: we keep integrations up to date, review conversations that went wrong and adjust the AI when your offer or the models change.
A chatbot based on your existing content is often live within a few weeks. Projects with several integrations or agents are planned in phases, so you start using the first application quickly and we build on from there.
