A website for your restaurant
with commission-free online ordering

Your own website with online ordering, QR table menus and iDEAL payments, so orders come straight to you instead of through a platform that charges commission on every order.

For restaurants, snackbars, grill and shawarma places, lunchrooms, bakeries and sweets shops across the Netherlands. Your menu in Dutch, English and Arabic, with allergens, pickup and delivery zones and a kitchen display linked to your till.

All in one system

What a restaurant website really needs

Not a menu as a PDF, but a system that takes orders, processes payments and runs your kitchen flow.

Online ordering

Guests order through your own website, with options such as extra sauce, size or side dish. No commission per order to a middleman.

QR table menu

Every table gets its own QR code. Guests scan, order and pay from their phone, and the order reaches the kitchen with the table number.

iDEAL & Mollie

Payment by iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay or cash on pickup. The money goes through Mollie straight to your own account.

Pickup & delivery zones

Set a minimum order, delivery fee and delivery time per postcode area. Pickup is planned in time slots, so the kitchen never overflows.

Kitchen display & POS

Online, QR and counter orders come together on one kitchen display and in one POS system. No more retyping receipts.

Menu in three languages

Your menu in Dutch, English and Arabic, with photos, prices and the fourteen allergens per dish. You change it yourself in the admin panel.

No commission

Your own ordering system, not platform commission

Delivery platforms bring new customers, but they charge a percentage on every order, including your regulars who have known you for years. For a snackbar or shawarma place with tight margins, that can be the difference between profit and breaking even.

With your own ordering system on your own domain, you keep those orders yourself. You set your prices, your promotions and your delivery area, and your customer data stays yours, so you can later send your regulars a promotion or a new menu. Many owners keep a platform for new customers and send regulars to their own site; both can run side by side.

What you win back:

  • No commission per order on your own site
  • Customer data and order history under your control
  • Your own promotions: discount codes, combo deals, free delivery above an amount
  • Your own brand and colours, not listed among dozens of competitors

Kitchen & till

Every order on one screen

On a busy Friday night you don’t want to run between a platform tablet, the phone and the receipt printer. We connect your website, your QR menu and your till to one system, based on Menuify, the ordering and POS platform for hospitality that we built ourselves.

The kitchen sees per order what needs to be prepared, with notes and allergies clearly marked. When you mark an order as ready, the guest automatically gets a message that the food can be picked up or that the driver is on the way.

How it works in your place:

  • Kitchen display per station: grill, fryer, bar
  • Receipt printer and cash drawer keep working as usual
  • Dish sold out? Offline with one click
  • Daily and weekly revenue overview per channel

Kitchen display · now

  • Table 6 · QR · 2 mixed grill
  • Pickup 18:30 · 4 chicken sandwiches
  • Delivery · 1 family platter (no nuts)
  • Counter · 3 baklava, 2 tea
  • Table 2 · QR · 1 kids’ plate
Menu

A menu everyone understands

Your guests are diverse: Dutch families, tourists, students and Arabic-speaking families. That’s why your menu is online in three languages, with the Arabic version displayed fully right-to-left. Guests switch language with one tap, and the order always reaches the kitchen in your language.

For each dish you record the allergens you must be able to declare under European rules, plus labels such as halal, vegetarian or spicy. You update prices, photos and daily specials yourself, even from your phone.

  • Dutch, English and Arabic (RTL)
  • The fourteen allergens per dish
  • Labels: halal, vegetarian, vegan, spicy
  • Options and toppings with surcharge

Show up for “restaurant near me”

Most guests choose where to eat through Google Maps. We link your website to your Google Business Profile, publish opening hours and menu as structured data and make it easy to leave a review after an order.

  • Map, directions and opening hours on your site
  • Restaurant and menu schema for Google
  • Review request after pickup or delivery

Regular guests

Bring regulars back faster

Guests save their address and favourite order, so reordering takes just a few taps. Want to go further? We build your own app with loyalty points and push notifications for your promotions.

  • Customer account with favourites
  • Discount codes and stamp card
  • E-mail or WhatsApp when the menu changes
  • Your own iOS and Android app (optional)
Bakeries & sweets

Also for bakeries, patisserie and catering

A bakery or sweets shop works differently from a restaurant. Cakes and trays of baklava are often ordered days in advance, for a birthday, wedding or Eid. So for these businesses we build an ordering flow with a pickup date, a choice of weight or number of pieces, a message on the cake and a deposit via iDEAL.

For Lazurde Sweets we built the website of a sweets shop, and for ibo-gastro a webshop for hospitality supplies. We bring that experience with product ranges, variants and business customers into your project.

  • Pre-orders with pickup date and time slot
  • Price per kilo, per piece or per tray
  • Deposit or full payment online
  • Business orders and catering on invoice

Pre-orders this week

  • Fri · birthday cake for 20
  • Sat · 2 kg mixed baklava
  • Sat · 60 petit fours for a wedding
  • Sun · catering trays for an office
Process

From menu to first online order

We plan the switch around your opening hours, so your business keeps running.

01

Visit to your place

We visit or call online and look at how orders come in today: phone, counter, platform. Then we decide what you need and what you don’t.

02

Menu, payments and zones

We put your menu online in three languages, set up Mollie and iDEAL on your own account and configure delivery zones, time slots and the kitchen display.

03

Test run and launch

We first run a test evening with real orders, train your team on the system and then go live with QR codes for the tables and flyers to add to orders.

FAQ

Questions about a restaurant website

No, not to us. Orders through your own website and QR menu come straight to you. You only pay Mollie’s regular transaction fee per payment. What the system itself costs is set out up front in a quote.

Yes. Many places use a platform to reach new customers and send regulars to their own ordering site, for example with a flyer or discount code in the bag.

Common receipt printers can usually be connected as they are. Whether your current till can be linked depends on the brand; otherwise you use the Menuify POS, which already works with the kitchen display.

A standard restaurant website with ordering is usually live within 10 to 20 working days. The sooner you supply your menu, photos and details for Mollie, the sooner we start.

Yes. Your menu can be in Dutch, English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout. We help with translation; the order always reaches the kitchen in your language.

Absolutely. In the admin panel you change prices, photos, allergens and opening hours, and temporarily switch off a sold-out dish. At delivery we walk through everything together.

We make daily backups and monitor whether your ordering site is reachable. After delivery there is a three-month warranty on what we built, and you have one point of contact in Dutch, English or Arabic.
