Salons, hairdressers, barbershops & clinics

A website for your salon or clinic
with online appointment booking

Clients choose their treatment, staff member and time themselves, pay a deposit via iDEAL and get a reminder automatically. No more answering the phone between two haircuts.

For beauty salons, hair salons, barbershops, nail studios and aesthetic or medical clinics across the Netherlands. With treatment pages and prices, a before-and-after gallery, reviews, a webshop for your products and a website in Dutch, English and Arabic.

Built for appointments

Everything your salon needs online

A website that doesn’t just look good, but fills your calendar and reduces no-shows.

Online booking

Clients book an appointment themselves, day or night. You set the duration per treatment and the breaks between appointments once.

Deposit via iDEAL

Ask for a deposit through Mollie for longer or premium treatments. You set the cancellation rules yourself, and the amount is deducted at checkout.

Calendar per staff member

Every stylist, barber or practitioner has their own schedule with working hours, days off and the treatments they offer.

Treatments with prices

Every treatment gets its own page with an explanation, duration, price and aftercare. That helps clients choose and ranks better in Google.

Before-and-after gallery

Show your results per treatment, with recorded client consent, and add new ones yourself in a few clicks.

Reminders

Automatic confirmation and reminder by e-mail or WhatsApp, with a link to reschedule. That means fewer empty chairs.

Booking system

A full calendar without phone calls

In a salon or barbershop the phone always rings at the wrong moment: halfway through a colour or while you’re doing a fade. With online booking your client books themselves, even in the evening on the sofa, and you see the appointment in your calendar straight away.

We build the booking system into your own website, not as a separate widget from another company. That way it matches your brand, you pay no per-booking fees to a booking platform and client data stays with you. Walk-ins are still possible: you add them to the calendar with one click.

What the system handles:

  • Choice of treatment, staff member and time slot
  • Deposit or full payment via iDEAL and Bancontact
  • Cancelling and rescheduling according to your rules
  • Walk-ins and phone bookings in the same calendar
  • Client card with previous treatments and notes

Treatments

Show what you do, and what it costs

Someone searching for a facial, brows, keratin or a skin fade wants to know what the treatment involves, how long it takes and what it costs. So every treatment gets its own page, with a clear price or starting price and a button to book right away.

We link the before-and-after gallery to those treatments, so someone reading about a peel immediately sees your results. Google reviews appear in the right places, and after an appointment the client can leave a new review with one tap.

  • A page per treatment with price and duration
  • Before-and-after photos per treatment, with consent
  • Google reviews on your website
  • Gift vouchers and packages for sale online

Clinics

For clinics: careful with patient data

An aesthetic or medical clinic needs more than a booking button. There is often an intake with a questionnaire, a consultation before treatment, consent forms and aftercare instructions. And because this is health data, the GDPR requires you to handle it with extra care.

For Aevum Clinic we built a platform for a clinic, and we use the same approach for your practice: data on servers in the EU, role-based access, encrypted connections and reminders without medical details. Patients complete questionnaires and consent digitally in advance, so the consultation can focus on the treatment itself.

What we build in:

  • Digital intake and consent forms
  • Consultation and treatment as separate appointment types
  • Role-based access: doctor, practitioner, reception
  • Hosting in the EU, daily backups
  • No medical details in e-mail or WhatsApp

Privacy by design

We only collect what the treatment requires, record who may see what and agree on retention periods. That makes your website a help with GDPR compliance, not a risk.

Sell products

A webshop for your care products

The shampoo, serum or beard oil you use in the salon can be sold online too. Clients reorder at home after their treatment, with shipping via PostNL or pickup at their next appointment. We built a beauty webshop like this for Nanikas Beauty.

  • Products, stock and shipping in one panel
  • Pay by iDEAL, credit card or Klarna
  • Pickup at the salon as a shipping option
  • Product tips on the treatment pages
Getting found

Found for “barber near me”

New clients search by treatment and location. With separate treatment pages, a linked Google Business Profile and structured data for your salon, you have a stronger foundation for that, in Dutch and in Arabic.

  • A page per treatment and per location
  • Opening hours, directions and reviews on Google Maps
  • Schema markup for salon or clinic
  • Fast loading on mobile
Three languages

Serve clients in their own language

Many salons and barbershops in the Netherlands have a mixed clientele. A website in Dutch, English and Arabic makes it easy for everyone to book, and the Arabic version is displayed fully right-to-left with suitable fonts.

For ladies’ salons we can build a separate booking flow with only female practitioners, or time slots for women only. For barbershops we keep it quick: choose a service, choose a barber, choose a time, done.

  • Website and booking flow in NL, EN and AR
  • Confirmations in the client’s language
  • Optional: female-only practitioners or ladies’ hours
  • Multiple locations in one system

Process

From treatment list to first online booking

We carry over your existing appointments, so nothing gets double-booked during the switch.

01

Introduction

We discuss your treatments, staff, opening hours and how you schedule appointments today. For clinics we also go through which data you really need.

02

Design and setup

We design the site in your style, publish treatments and prices in three languages and set up calendars, deposits, Mollie and reminders.

03

Testing and launch

We make test bookings on phone and computer, train your team on the admin panel and go live. After that there is a three-month warranty on what we built.

FAQ

Questions about a salon website

No. The booking system is part of your own website, so no fee per booking goes to a platform. For online deposits you only pay Mollie’s regular transaction fee. The price of the website itself is set out up front in a quote.

A client who has already paid something is more likely to show up or cancel in time. You decide which treatments require a deposit and until when cancelling is free.

Yes, besides e-mail, confirmations and reminders can be sent via WhatsApp, in the client’s language. For this we connect a WhatsApp Business account to the system.

In most cases, yes. If your current system can export clients and appointments, we import them, so you switch without double bookings.

Yes. We build with the GDPR in mind: EU hosting, role-based access, encrypted connections and as little data as possible. We discuss the requirements for your practice up front, if needed together with your privacy adviser.

A standard salon website with booking is usually live within 10 to 20 working days. A clinic with intake forms or an added webshop takes longer; you receive a concrete schedule up front.

Absolutely. In the admin panel you edit treatments, prices, photos and working hours in every language, even from your phone. At delivery we walk through everything together.
