In Dubai, English is the language of business, but Arabic builds trust with Emirati customers, government and larger companies. Many businesses also serve customers from Europe, Russia, India or China. A site that only exists in English leaves part of your market untouched.
We build your site multilingual from the ground up: each language with its own URLs, its own keywords and correct hreflang tags, and Arabic fully right-to-left with proper fonts. Because our team speaks Arabic natively, we write or review the Arabic copy ourselves instead of relying on machine translation. You can add more languages later without rebuilding the site.

In the Emirates, customers mostly pay online with Visa or Mastercard, and more and more with Apple Pay or Google Pay on their phones. For larger amounts many choose instalments through Tabby or Tamara. Cash on delivery still exists, but paying online is the norm.
Mollie and iDEAL do not work here, so we choose a gateway that operates in the UAE together with you, such as Network International, Telr, Checkout.com or Stripe, which is available in the UAE. You sign the contract yourself in the name of your UAE company; we handle the technical integration, test every payment method and make sure orders, refunds and payouts are clearly shown in your admin panel.
The UAE is introducing electronic invoicing for business transactions. Invoices will no longer be PDFs sent by email, but structured data sent through an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) based on the Peppol standard, and reported to the tax authority. According to the Ministry of Finance schedule, large businesses start in 2027, with other businesses following in phases after that.
For your webshop or portal this means every order must record the right invoice data, such as your Tax Registration Number (TRN), 5% VAT and the customer’s details. We build your system so that data is correct and can flow through an API to your accounting software or ASP. Confirm with your tax adviser when the obligation applies to your business.
