The biggest worry about hiring a web agency abroad is rarely the technology. It is availability. Will I get an answer? Will they understand what I mean? What happens if something breaks after launch?
That is why we work with fixed agreements. You have one contact person who knows your project, we set a weekly call at a time that suits your calendar, and you get a reply to your messages within one business day. For clients in North America we schedule calls in our late afternoon or evening; for clients in the Gulf and Asia, in our morning.

Before we start you receive a written proposal in English, Dutch or Arabic: what we build, what it costs, when it is ready and what happens after delivery. You pay in instalments linked to milestones, with invoices in euro.
Because we are based in the European Union, we work with the GDPR every day. Forms only ask for what is needed, tracking scripts load only after consent, and your site is hosted in Europe unless your market calls for something else.

An international website is more than a translate button. Each language gets its own URL, its own keywords and its own metadata, so Google knows which version belongs to which visitor.
By default we build in English, Dutch and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout for Arabic. Other languages, such as German, French or Turkish, are added when your customers need them. You edit every text yourself in the admin panel.
You never become dependent on us. The domain is registered in your name, you get access to the source code and you can have anyone you like maintain the site later.
After delivery you get a three-month warranty on bugs. After that you can choose ongoing maintenance and new features, or just ask for help when you need it.
A standard website is usually live within 10 to 20 working days. Larger projects get their own schedule.
