Barbers, hair salons & barbershops

Barbershop website design
with booking per barber

A barbershop website that keeps your chairs busy: clients pick their own barber, instantly see when they are free and book in half a minute, even when the shop is closed.

For barbershops, men’s hairdressers, hair salons and barbers who want to be found for “barber near me”. With your price list, opening hours, photos of real cuts, Google reviews and a WhatsApp button, in Dutch, English and Arabic.

Built for the barber chair

What a barbershop website needs

No unnecessary pages, just exactly what a client looks for before sitting down in your chair.

Booking per barber

Regular clients want their own barber. Every barber gets a profile with photo, speciality and their own calendar, so clients instantly see when they are free.

Opening hours that are right

Late evenings, Sunday trading, public holidays and the day after Eid: you update your hours once and they are right on your website, in the calendar and on Google.

A clear price list

Haircut, skin fade, beard trim, hot towel shave, kids’ cut, combos and student discounts: clearly on one page, with the duration listed.

Gallery of real cuts

Fades, line-ups, curls and beards cut in your shop, filterable per barber. You add new photos yourself from your phone.

Google reviews

Your best reviews appear on your website, and after a cut the client gets a direct link to write one. That way your rating grows naturally.

WhatsApp button

Many clients would rather message than call. With one tap they open a chat with your shop, and confirmations can be sent via WhatsApp too.

Appointments and walk-ins

Online booking without losing your walk-ins

A barbershop often runs in two ways at once: regulars with an appointment and people who simply walk in. A good website has to support both. So per barber you set how much of the day can be booked online and which times you keep open for walk-ins.

The client picks a service, a barber or “first available”, and a time. They get a confirmation and a reminder, with a link to reschedule. You see everything on your phone or on a tablet at the counter. A client who walks in anyway is added to the calendar with one tap, so two people are never booked into the same chair at the same time.

What you set per barber:

  • Working days, breaks and days off
  • Which services they offer
  • Time blocks kept free for walk-ins
  • “First available barber” option
  • Confirmation and reminder by e-mail or WhatsApp

Today · Thursday

  • 16:00 · Skin fade · Karim
  • 16:30 · Haircut + beard · Sam
  • 17:00 · Walk-in · first available
  • 17:15 · Kids’ cut · Karim

Getting found locally

Barbershop website plus a strong Google profile

Most new clients find a barber through Google Maps, not through a results page with ten links. Your Google Business Profile and your website work together here: Google checks whether your name, address, phone number and opening hours match everywhere, and whether your website shows what you do and where.

At delivery we go through your profile together. A few tips we give every barbershop: choose “Barber shop” or “Hair salon” as the main category, post real photos of your shop and your work, add your website’s booking link to the profile, respond to every review, including the critical ones, and keep holidays and special hours up to date. It takes little time and often makes the difference with the barbershop around the corner.

  • The right main category: Barber shop or Hair salon
  • Same name, address and phone on site and profile
  • Your website’s booking link in your Google profile
  • Respond to every review
  • Schema markup for your shop on the website

Your style

A website that feels like your shop

Every barbershop has its own vibe: classic with leather chairs and hot towels, sleek and modern with neon lights, or a neighbourhood barber where everyone knows each other. Your website should carry that same vibe, with your own logo, colours and photos, not a stock theme a hundred other barbers use as well.

At the same time we keep it fast and simple, because almost everyone views your site on their phone, often right before they want to book. Big buttons, a price list you can read without zooming, your address with directions and a booking button that always stays in view. If you use Instagram or TikTok, we link your channels so visitors see your latest work too.

  • Design in your own brand style
  • Mobile first, fast loading
  • Booking button always in view
  • Links to Instagram and TikTok

Three languages

For every client in the chair

Many barbershops have clients from every corner of the city. Your website and booking steps work in Dutch, English and Arabic, with Arabic properly right-to-left.

  • Website and booking in NL, EN and AR
  • Confirmation in the client’s language
  • Edit texts per language yourself
One step further

Your own app for regular clients

Do you run multiple locations or have a large group of regulars? Then your website can later grow into your own iOS and Android app with a loyalty card and push notifications. Mobile apps start from €3,500.

  • Same calendar as your website
  • Loyalty card: for example every tenth cut free
  • Push notification when a slot opens up

Related work: beauty, multilingual and live systems

To be honest: these are not barbershops. Nanikas Beauty is a beauty webshop, Bright Aesthetic a dental clinic with a site in three languages, and Menuify an ordering system where orders arrive live in a dedicated admin panel. Those are exactly the parts we combine in a barbershop website.

Questions about a barbershop website

That depends on the number of barbers, locations and extras such as a webshop or app. After a short chat you receive a quote stating exactly what you get. No per-booking fees go to a booking platform.

Yes. Every barber has their own profile and calendar. The client chooses a regular barber or the first available, and only sees times that are genuinely free.

Of course. Per barber you decide which times can be booked online and which stay free for walk-ins. You add a walk-in client to the calendar with one tap.

Yes. At delivery we go through your profile together: category, opening hours, photos, booking link and replying to reviews. That way your profile and website line up.

Yes, in the admin panel you edit prices, opening hours, barbers and photos, even from your phone. A new cut is in the gallery within a minute.

A standard website with a booking system is usually live within 10 to 20 working days. You receive a schedule up front, planned around your busy days.

This page is about barbers and barbershops. For beauty salons and clinics with deposits, intake and treatment pages we have a separate approach; just tell us what you do and we will advise what fits.
