The challenge

IBO Gastro in Bleiswijk supplies professional catering equipment to businesses: chicken grills, shawarma grills, broasted machines and fryers, fridges and refrigerated displays, pizza ovens and kitchen accessories. For investments like these, buyers want to know exactly what they are getting. They compare models, look closely at specifications and want to reach someone quickly when they have a question. IBO Gastro therefore needed a webshop that presents the range professionally and clearly, serves both business customers and private buyers, and is easy for a small team to manage.

The solution

We built a webshop on Laravel and FleetCart with a clear structure per product group, from grills to refrigeration and pizza ovens. Each product page gives clear information about the appliance, so buyers can make a well-informed choice. With the comparison feature customers put models side by side, and with the wishlist they save interesting appliances for later.

Checkout runs securely through Mollie. Anyone who wants to talk first can contact the team directly via WhatsApp. The webshop is available in Dutch, English and Arabic, which suits the international catering entrepreneurs IBO Gastro serves. In the admin panel the team keeps track of products, prices and orders with ease.
