Cash on delivery is the norm in Iraq, and that has consequences. Online payment is growing in Iraq, mainly through mobile wallets and local cards. ZainCash and FastPay are widely used to pay by phone, and many people have a Qi Card, partly because their salary is paid onto it. Business customers and customers with a foreign card pay with Visa or Mastercard.
