Custom web application development software that works the way you do
Custom web application development that fits exactly how your business runs: a client portal, planning tool, ordering system or dashboard, built in Laravel and Vue, with your own admin panel and links to Mollie and your accounting.
Are you running your processes on spreadsheets, separate subscriptions and endless e-mail? Then it is time for custom software or your own business app. Your web app runs in any browser, on computer, tablet and phone, in Dutch, English and Arabic.
We built Menuify, a video and photo studio platform and the Aevum Clinic platform, among others
No template, but software built around your process. These are the kinds of web applications we work on most in practice.
Client portals
A secure area where your clients log in to view files, quotes, invoices, jobs or results. Less e-mail back and forth, and everything in one place.
Booking and planning
Scheduling appointments, trips, shifts, rooms or equipment, with availability per employee, reminders and an overview the whole team understands.
POS and ordering
Ordering systems and POS that run in the browser, like Menuify for restaurants: orders come in live, with online payment and a dedicated admin panel.
Dashboards
Revenue, stock, planning or leads on one screen, with figures from your own systems. You see at a glance where to act, without exporting to Excel.
API integrations
Your web app talks to Mollie, your accounting software, shipping services, Google or WhatsApp. Data moves automatically instead of by hand.
Internal tools
Work orders, checklists, stock management or a client file: small tools that support exactly what your team does and stop double data entry.
Custom or off the shelf?
When custom software pays off
For many things an off-the-shelf package already exists, and sometimes that is simply the best advice. But as soon as you are chaining three subscriptions together, retyping data or bending your way of working around a tool’s limits, it costs time and money every week.
With a custom web application you decide how the process runs. You pay no licence per user, the code and data are yours, and as your business grows we keep building on the same foundation. We will also tell you honestly when an existing package is the smarter choice.
Signs it is time:
Your team enters the same data in two or three systems
Key information lives in spreadsheets on someone’s laptop
Clients e-mail or call for information they could look up themselves
You pay per user for features you never use
No package supports the way you actually work
Yours, not rented
The source code, the database and the domain are in your name. You are not locked into a platform that raises its prices or drops a feature you rely on.
Integrations
Your web app talks to your other systems
A business app only becomes truly valuable when it connects to what you already use. Payments run through Mollie, with iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact and recurring direct debits for subscriptions. Invoices and payments flow automatically into your accounting software, so your accountant does not have to retype anything.
On top of that we connect shipping services, Google Calendar and Maps, WhatsApp messages and, where it makes sense, AI to summarise or sort incoming requests. If a supplier offers an API, we can usually connect to it. Every integration is logged, so you can see what was sent and when.
Mollie: iDEAL, card, Bancontact and subscriptions
Accounting: Exact Online, QuickBooks, Xero and more

Technology
Built solid, easy to extend
We build web applications with Laravel on the server and Vue in the browser: proven open-source technologies that many developers work with. That means you are not dependent on one person, and your app will still be maintainable in a few years.
Every web app gets roles and permissions, so an employee only sees what they need, a client only their own data and the administrator everything. Data is stored on servers in the EU, with encrypted connections and daily backups. Where useful, we make the app installable on the phone, so it feels like a regular app.
Laravel, Vue and MySQL, open source and well documented
Roles and permissions for team, clients and admins
EU hosting, daily backups

Start smart
Start small, then expand
You do not have to build everything at once. We start with the core that saves the most time, put it live and expand based on what your team and clients actually use.
A web app works instantly in any browser, without installation or app store approval. If you need push notifications, the camera or offline use, we build an iOS and Android app on the same foundation.
Our clients are usually small and mid-sized businesses that have outgrown their first solutions: a restaurant that no longer wants to process orders by hand, a studio that wants to manage clients and jobs clearly, a clinic that wants to record appointments and files carefully, a wholesaler or service company with its own way of working.
Because our team speaks Dutch, English and Arabic, we also build web apps for business owners in Belgium, Germany, Syria and the Gulf states, fully remotely. Arabic interfaces are genuinely built right-to-left, not just translated.
A website informs visitors and brings in enquiries. A web application is software people work in: logging in, entering data, planning, ordering or viewing reports. We often combine both: a website at the front and a web app for clients or staff behind it.
That depends on the number of features, roles and integrations. After an intro call you receive a quote with a fixed description of what we build, so you know where you stand up front. A standalone mobile app starts from €3,500.
A first version with the core features is usually on a test environment within a few weeks. Larger systems with many integrations are built in phases. You receive a schedule per phase up front.
You do. The code, the database and the domain are in your name. If you later want to continue with another team, you can, because we work with standard technologies such as Laravel and Vue.
Usually, yes. If your current package has an API or an export, we connect to it or migrate the data. We first look at what is there together before we advise anything.
We build with the GDPR in mind: EU hosting, encrypted connections, roles and permissions, logging and daily backups. We discuss up front which data you really need.
You get a three-month warranty on what we built. After that you can choose maintenance and further development, so updates, security and new features are taken care of.
