A .ca address in your name, with SSL and business email. A .ca domain requires a holder with Canadian presence, so it is always registered to your business.
Do you sell in Quebec, or to French-speaking customers in New Brunswick or Ontario? Then a French version is not an extra. In Quebec, businesses are expected to make their website available in French; discuss the exact rules for your situation with an adviser.
A bilingual site is more than a translated page. Each language gets its own URL, its own titles and descriptions for Google and its own menu. French copy tends to run longer, so the design has to leave room for it. You supply the French text or have it written by a translator of your choice; we make sure it sits correctly in the site and in Google. We never publish an unchecked machine translation.

Canada spans six time zones, and the difference with the Netherlands runs from five hours in Halifax to nine hours in Vancouver. So we schedule calls deliberately: early in your morning is our afternoon, and for the West Coast we move to our evening.
Between calls the time difference works for you. You send feedback at the end of your day, we handle it in our morning, and when you start work the change is on the test site. We answer messages within one business day.

Hiring an agency in Europe raises questions about contracts and payments. With us you get a written quote and agreement in English, pay per milestone and receive invoices in euro, payable by international transfer or payment service. The domain and the source code are in your name.
Your own webshop simply sells in Canadian dollars. We connect Stripe and PayPal for credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, calculate shipping for Canada Post or Purolator and pass orders on to QuickBooks. Newsletter sign-ups go to Mailchimp with recorded consent.
