Aevum Clinic

The challenge

An aesthetic clinic needs more than an attractive brochure website. Clients want to see treatments and offers, book an appointment at a time that suits them and buy care products, while the clinic also wants to promote its training courses and handle the intake of new clients carefully and securely. Aevum Clinic in Zaandam was looking for one elegant solution that it could manage entirely by itself.

The solution

We built a refined website with an integrated booking system, webshop and academy, all managed through one custom CMS and admin panel. Visitors browse treatments and offers, choose one or more treatments with add-ons, select a time slot and pay online through Mollie or reserve with a deposit. They order products in the integrated webshop, and the academy presents training courses with online enrolment. New clients fill in a secure digital intake form, which is stored as an encrypted PDF in the admin panel. The website is available in Dutch and Arabic, with full right-to-left layout, and in English as well.

Technology

The back end is a Laravel API; the public website and the admin panel are built in React with Tailwind CSS. Payments run through Mollie, invoices and intake forms are generated as PDF, and appointments can be synchronised with Google Calendar. The site works as a progressive web app and generates its own SEO data per page and its own sitemap.

Result

Aevum Clinic now manages its content, treatments, appointments, webshop and courses from one place. Clients can book and pay at any time of day, new clients complete their intake before their first visit, and the clinic handles everything itself without depending on separate systems.
