The challenge

A video production studio does much more than film. Behind every project there are quotes, scheduling, crew, deliveries to clients, invoices and recurring packages. AM Film wanted a website that shows its work in a cinematic way, and at the same time one place where the studio and its clients can handle everything around a project, without switching between separate tools for files, payments and administration. ## The solution We built a cinematic, multilingual website with a fully custom business platform behind it. The public site is driven by its own CMS in Dutch, English and Arabic, with a portfolio of videos and photos. Clients log in to their own portal to view their galleries and make a selection, accept quotes online, pay invoices through Mollie, request sessions and follow their support tickets. The team manages CRM, leads, projects, scheduling, crew, subscriptions, renewals and accounting from one admin panel. A mobile app for iOS and Android completes the platform, with push notifications for clients. ## Key features - Cinematic website with portfolio, managed through its own CMS in three languages - Client portal with galleries and photo selection (proofing) - Online quotes that clients can review and accept - Invoices and packages paid through Mollie, including automatic renewals - CRM for leads and clients, with projects, calendar and crew planning - Subscriptions and packages with renewal reminders - Support tickets and documents in the portal - Mobile app for iOS and Android with push notifications ## Technology The platform runs on Laravel with Inertia and Vue for both the website and the admin panel, on a MySQL database. Payments run through Mollie. The mobile app is built with Expo and connects to a dedicated API secured with Laravel Sanctum. Scheduled jobs automatically take care of renewals, reminders and backups. ## Result AM Film now presents its work professionally to clients in three languages and runs the entire business side of the studio from one system. Clients find their galleries, quotes and invoices in one place, on the web or in the app, and the team spends less time on administration and more time on productions.
