Website design agreement and payment terms

By using this page, you agree to the terms of agreement below between you and [Smart Design]. Please read the terms carefully before agreeing to them.

Design and development:

Smart Design undertakes to design and develop the website according to the specifications agreed upon between the two parties.

paying off:

2.1. The client must pay half the agreed upon amount in advance upon signing this agreement. A legal invoice will be issued stating this.

2.2. The second half of the amount is paid upon completion of the website design before publishing it. A statutory invoice will be issued for this payment as well.

Non-withdrawal:

Once this agreement is signed, the customer undertakes not to withdraw from the agreement and bears full responsibility for payment in full.
